2026 Toronto DNA Replication and Repair Symposium

Organized by graduate students from the University of Toronto.

The symposium aims to connect researchers across departments and institutions to share ideas and advance the field of DNA replication and repair research in Toronto.

We encourage as many trainees and labs to attend as possible! Oral and poster presentation opportunities are available, with most talks reserved for trainees. Breakfast, lunch, and coffee breaks are provided.

Keynote Speaker

Dr. Ross Chapman
University of Oxford

The Chapman lab studies how cells balance between mutagenic and accurate DNA repair pathways and how we can exploit failure of regulation in cancer cells.
