Abstract Submissions
We invite all trainees, including BSc/MSc/PhD students, research/clinical fellows and research/medical technologists to submit an abstract on studies relevant to any aspect of laboratory medicine. Posters will be judged for excellence and prizes will be awarded in each category. Awards will consist of a prize and a certificate.
Abstracts and posters presented within the current academic year (since last July) are eligible. Type the title (only) in CAPITALS and authors and affiliations non-capitalized. Abstracts should be no more than 300 words in length and should include the following categories: Objectives, Methods, Results and Conclusions. Tables and graphs are permitted. The entire abstract must be submitted on one page using 12 point and Arial font. Please use 1-inch margins. Abstracts will be compiled and reproduced in the Symposium Proceedings.

Abstracts will be reviewed as they are received with notification of acceptance provided shortly after. Posters can be in any standard format but should fit within a 3 feet high x 6 feet wide space.
