Awards and bursaries for MHSc Lab Medicine students
There are various ways Lab Medicine students can apply for funding.
Bursary
Once in the program, 1st year students may apply for a limited number of needs-based bursaries.
To apply, complete a Financial Need Assessment form (PDF) and send it to lmp.labmed@utoronto.ca.
Scholarships
Our students receive Ontario Graduate Scholarship (OGS) and Canada Graduate Scholarships-Master’s (CGS-M) each year.
Award announcements will be sent to students via email.

LMP Graduate Travel Grant
We encourage students and trainees to present their research at national and international scientific meetings.
We provide a travel grant to cover some of the travel expenses.
