In collaboration with Dr. Emilia Luca from Dr. Dabdoub's laboratory at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, Biomage is organizing a virtual workshop on Cellenics, a user-friendly, open source single cell RNA-seq data analysis tool that is free for academic researchers.
At this virtual workshop you'll hear a presentation from Emilia about her single cell work on the inner ear, followed by an introduction to single cell RNA-seq analysis and hands-on experience of analyzing a topical SARS-CoV-2 dataset.
