Leadership Skills for LMP Graduate Students

A series of training events for LMP graduate students from faculty member, Dr. Estelle Gauda, and PhD candidate, Atefeh Mohammadi.

The ’Leadership Skills for LMP Graduate Students' series is designed to enhance your emotional intelligence and executive skills to help you achieve personal and professional success. 

Through the 6 workshops, you will explore:

•    personal leadership styles
•    effective communication
•    emphasizing cultural sensitivity
•    conflict resolution
•    artful negotiation
•    giving and receiving feedback effectively
•    gentle self-promotion. 

We highly encourage you to attend all 6 workshops hosted during the 2023-24 academic year so you get the most out of the series.
