Research Synopsis

My current research interests are in molecular biology of breast and gynaecologic malignancies, with a special focus in discovery, development and utilization of prognostic and predictive biomarkers that can be utilized for targeted therapy.

My other area of interest is in digital pathology and utilization of whole slide images by machine based learning to extract prognostic information not discerned by the conventional microscopy.
