Saturday in Pathology: Updates on Gynecologic Pathology and Molecular Diagnostics
A virtual continuing medical education event for Practicing Pathologists, Fellows and Residents, hosted by Sunnybrook Health Sciences Center.
This event is eligible for a maximum of 3 hours Section 1 credits and a maximum of 3 hours Section 3 credits (upon the completion of the post-conference knowledge assessment quiz).
This seminar will be interactive with adequate time for discussion and comments following each speaker's presentation. The interactive component will comprise at least 25% of the sessions.
An audience polling app will be utilized as a form of interactive discussion and testing.

Learning objectives
This case-based approach to pathology will go beyond looking at the basics and delve into the clinical and practical relevance of our diagnoses.
At the end of this session, participants will be able to:
- discuss recent updates on cervical cancers and their implications for clinical management
- apply molecular testing to guide targeted therapy of GYN tumors
- identify key diagnostic features and work-up of some uncommon endometrial tumors on biopsies and resections
